If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible refund will be processed through an appropriate available method.

Available payment methods will appear during checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and orders. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed without prior notice.

7. Delivery

Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, incomplete addresses, remote locations, security conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer must provide an accessible delivery address and an active contact number. A courier may contact the customer before attempting delivery.

Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer or an authorized recipient after successful delivery.

Please inspect the parcel and product promptly after delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, leaking, opened or incomplete product, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Clear photographs or video of the parcel
• The courier label
• The product packaging and seal
• A brief explanation of the problem

Do not use, open further or dispose of a disputed product until our support team provides guidance.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Opened, used, damaged-after-delivery or tampered personal-care, cosmetic, hygiene and wellness products may not qualify for return unless the product was defective or incorrect when delivered.
